We are located in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, just minutes east of I-95 and the Turnpike. We proudly serve patients throughout South Florida and beyond, including Palm Beach, Broward, & Miami-Dade counties. Home-based and real-world-based interventions also available.

Individual Therapy

Are you interested in partcipating in individual therapy?  Our providers can help!  We offer evidence-based treatments for a variety of mental health conditions to help you feel better again.

Therapy for Kids & Teens

Not an adult? Never fear. In addition to our adult programs, we also help kids and teens. Our non-medication-based, behavioral treatment program will teach your child life-long coping skills that will allow them face their current worries and successfully adapt to future challenges.

Intensive Treatment

Our evidence-based intensive treatment programs are designed to quickly address your symptoms. We offer specific programs for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, hoarding, & other anxiety disorders. Treatments are developmentally-tailored for all ages, including kids, teens, & adults.

Group Therapy

We are stronger together.  Work together with others like yourself in one of our evidence-based treatment groups. We offer groups for OCD, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and other mental health conditions.

Free Support Groups

Join us for our free monthly support groups in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. We offer specialized support groups for adults, teens, & kids with OCD and OC spectrum disorders. See our “Events” page for the dates of upcoming meetings.

OCD Treatment




Do you have OCD?  We offer several different treatment options for individuals with OCD, including intensive outpatient therapy, traditional outpatient therapy, and group therapy.  Separate treatment tracks are available for adults, adolescents, and children. In addition to paid treatment options, we also offer free monthly support groups for OCD.
